Sound Healing
The core of Sound Healing is vibration and resonance. The primary tool I use is my voice although I do support it on occasion with tuning forks, and also with the drone of an Indian Shruti Box.
Science has shown us that all matter is actually vibrating energy. Vibration itself is a powerful force for freeing up energy blocks, even in mechanical devices. Resonance, two or more things vibrating in harmony, is a very powerful energetic state to which anything vibrating is naturally attracted. As I tone over a client, I can feel my voice adjusting itself to resonate with the client’s body. I believe I am offering a client at least three different vibrational inputs -

There is the sound that the client actually hears and the effect it has consciously and unconsciously on the body, mind and emotions.

The physical vibration of the sound impinging on the body creates a vibration strong enough to be felt.

My consciousness is fully engaged with my client as I tone and my personal energy flows with the vibration. Client feedback supports my belief that this energetic flow connects and interacts with the flow of my clients’ energy.

Although I am still in formal training in Sound Healing, I have now worked with over 30 Case Study clients with a high degree of success (as evidenced by client feedback); and I have a range of techniques to offer clients. As a trainee of The College of Sound Healing, I am not allowed to charge a fee for a session but I am allowed to accept donations. A typical session is around 1 hour.
