Experience suggests that Sound Healing can help to relieve a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual problems. This is not surprising given that Sound Healing, like many other therapies, is a form of supported Self-Healing. It helps a client to achieve deep relaxation at which point the body starts to heal itself, aided by the energy and resonance created by the sound.
In my relatively short experience, I have had clients who have received relief of the symptoms of a large range of disorders including anxiety, stress, panic attacks, acute physical pain, long-term chronic illness, lack of life purpose, stilted creativity, and many others. In many instances, the improvements have been quite long term if not permanent. I don’t think I’ve had a single client who hasn’t, at the very least, reported a feeling of deep relaxation by the end of the session. One client reported feeling as if she had just had an all-over deep tissue massage and felt ecstatic with it!
In summary, if you are facing some form of emotional, physical or spiritual challenge for which you would like some support, and if the idea of Sound Healing appeals to you, there is a high probability that a session will help you to move forward. The only other thing you need to check is that you feel comfortable with me; that you can trust me and feel safe and supported by me.
